The planned launch on May 30 was 23:44:26 UTC. At that time ISS
was south of India (SSP 4.7N 71.2E). At 23:07:00 ISS was at the
closest point to the launch pad, that's ca. 37.5 min before.
Do you call this "a few minutes"?
