[amsat-bb] Grid map with Satscape

Dear Scott Hather
I thank you for the great software SATSCAPE for satellite tracking which I
have been using for quite some time.

Can you consider a possibility of adding a Grid map and Prefix map with your
various map styles as option, I am sure it would be most welcome by many
users and it would make it more dynamic.
