I asked Joe about the regulation of Thailand, and he informed me that;
(1) 70cm is only at 435-438MHz and ONLY FOR ECEIVING!
(2) 23cm is not for Ham. Both Transmitting/Receiving is prohibited! Some
of special stations have its permittion but only for receiving...
Ummm... Too bad thing for AO-40....
Is it possible to swith the matrix from U/L->S2 to V/L->S2 (or V/U->S2)
during the short period? We should open the gate for hams who cannot
uplink to AO-40 with their limited regulatins....
