[amsat-bb] AO-40 Schedule Change Orbit 738

Hi All,

At the request of the K-band project team the K-band transmitter has been 
temporarily switched off starting Orbit 738 therefore the schedule has been 
changed as indicated by the N block below.

Unfortunately, I did not get time to update the N block on AO-40's 
telemetry stream before loss of acquisition at my station.
