[amsat-bb] re: AO-40 Schedule Change

   There have been multiple requests to try the V uplink and the operations 
   team would also like to determine what the V-Rx hears in the way of 
   hemispheric "interference" on 145 MHz.  ...

I was all ready to schedule some time with someone who could probably do 
a V uplink, as i'm using 123 MHz as an IF, but SatTrack claims that AO-40 
is not visible in California during the relevant phase on Wednesday.  Oh,
well, hopefully another time.
