[amsat-bb] ap2aum on satellite

it has been almost 3 years since asad, ap2aum, was last active on satellite. he 
has started operating hf and satellite again. currently, he is operating fo-20 
and fo-29. i am working on getting him some downlink equipment for ao-40 
(2.4ghz). if you work him on hf or satellite, i am also his qsl manager. 
pakistan is very rare on satellite as asad is the only satellite operator 
there.
