[amsat-bb] Kenwood TH-D7A (G) Help Request

I need  help in setting up the TH-D7A (G)  for satellite use.

I can't get the rig to transmit at 145+ MHz and receive at 435 MHz+ 
using either the MCP program or with direct entry. I must be missing 
something!

I am trying to set up the memories as suggested for UO-14 on page 74 
in the June QST.

Could someone walk me through this, or send me a MCP file?
