It sounds like Oscar 7 -- 24 channels of telemetry at 145.972, or so. Oscar
6 did not have a 2m telemetry beacon, I do not believe, and Oscar 8 had only
six channels of data. The only thing is that AO-7 sent at 20 wpm, no?
All of the Phase 2 sats sent HI HI (from W3OHI -- the call is still listed
to AMSAT)
If this is for real this is quite remarkable .... it might be a sign! Oscar
7 was the first Oscar I worked through and I have not been terribly active
on the analog sats since Oscar 8. Wow!
