[amsat-bb] AO7

At approx 0100 Zulu this evening I heard a cw beacon on 29.501....??? did not 
hear any signals in passband....I have Mode A 145.850-145.950 up
                                                              
29.400-29.500...dn
is this right??  I did not hear anything at at 145.977  or so as others have 
reported..
Who is switching it...from mode A to mode B  ???  Is this really AO7 ??
