[amsat-bb] AO-07 AARRRRGG! correction

Was listening on ~145.973.  Repeater is on 145.985 local, half mile
away.

On the pass over Minnesota at ~17:30 UTC, just started to copy the
beacon at ~145.973 CW.  There is a local repeater on 146.985 output,
guess when someone decides to yak on it?  Blanked out the rest of the
pass for me :-(
