[amsat-bb] AO-7 0245z pass

On the mid US pass at about 0245z (Tuesday evening in the US), I copied
the 435.100 beacon VERY weakly.  I have not yet decoded the CW (had an
ATV net to work), but I will do so shortly.  I suspect the 435 beacon
was in it's 10mW mode.
