[amsat-bb] AO-7 report

On the last two passes of AO-7 over the US, here is the status:
These were Thursday evening in the US which comes out to Friday morning
in UTC.

~0240z pass - 435.1 beacon heard very weak.
~0425z pass - nothing heard

In both passes, the satellite came into sunlight a couple minutes before
projected AOS in the Los Angeles area.
