Here's the new FCC approved 70cm weak signal calling procedure for nervous 
hams.  The procedure:

Start your computer and run your favorite piece of software.

Wait for the next best possible "Band opening."

Set your rig to say 432.15 mHz, Check if frequency is in use.

Call: " CQ weak signal, CQ weak Signal, listening around 145.95 USB"
