[amsat-bb] Schedule change for North America window to T88ZF (Belau)?

Stacey,

Is there any chance that the RUDAK session on July 4 could be cancelled to
allow the Eastern 2/3 of the U.S. to have a window with T88ZF in Belau?  The
present schedule switches off the transponder just a few minutes after AO40
rises in Belau, and it doesn't come back on until after the footprint moves
west of the Rocky Mountains.  With the holiday a lot of people would be home
and able to contact him if only the transponder was on.
