[amsat-bb] Shuttle keps?

Anyone have a copy of shuttle keps for Dec 20 or 21?

The posted nasa keps are calculated before lanuch and
do not seem to match very well.  I am looking for
actual "measured" keps.  Since the shuttle is manually
flown, the engine changes make keps very old fast.
