[amsat-bb] Re: FCAL deployed/MAA is stuck

The same thing over West Malaysia during 1930 UTC pass, 25 degree elevation
maximum.  

Nothing heard from FCal on 437.385 MHz, but I managed to successfully
receive one packet from RAFT on 145.825 MHz.
