Hello Bruce, David and Francesco,

I have been accessing AO-51 digital side daily for the last few weeks. I am
using 20W, 50 feet 4XL coax into 4 element 2M Yagi, tracking in AZ only,
fixed elevation at 25 degrees. Downlink is 10 element 70cm Yagi with ARR
preamp at the antenna. This setup will work well for AO-51 digital and all
of the active amateur satellites. I am using SatPC32 to do the Doppler
shift on the radio, but if you have a discriminator meter in your
transceiver it is easy to keep the downlink centered.

I have noticed that there are not many stations in the queue, but more
making requests (I see the OK and callsign).

With GO-32 back in operation you should be able to check out your system.
GO-32 has a stronger downlink than AO-51, but Bruce's original question was
about the uplink. I have been quite successful in requesting files,
uploading and downloading files the last few weeks with the above system.

73,
Gould, WA4SXM
