This is the first indication I have received that PCSAT-1 has
reset.  I have a pass coming up and I will try to recover it.
Yes, you are correct, that no one should attempt to digipeat
using the W3ADO-1 default callsign since it means PCSAT-1 has
defaulted back to negative power budget.
