[amsat-bb] HITSAT - Object J

Over the last two days I have concluded that HITSAT is more likely to be
Object J, than Object B.
Using Object J, I am able to hold the CW tone, to +/- 100 Hertz, using
homebrew software that updates the RX every 1 second.
