[amsat-bb] G5400 and TS-790 under Lunix??

I am getting ready to learn and move to Linux.  I currently have a TS-790 and a Yaesu G-5400 rotor.
Can it be controlled under Linux?  
What kind of controller can I get?
I may even try to use a KCT board that I have. I have never really had it working, does any one have this working under Linux?

Any help and suggestions would be grateful!!
