Look half way down at the L-band upconverters.  You will see the 70cm IF
version.  I own one and it works fine.

Does anyone know where I can get a L Band upconverter that will work 
(IF) on 70 cm? I already have my S Band downconverter and it has a 2m 
IF so i must have a 70cm IF for the L Band uplink.
