[amsat-bb] ARISS Contacts During JOTA

Is there anyway that ARISS can be availble for general astronaut contacts on
10/21-10/22 for JOTA?  I am going to be operating W9W that weekend with my
troop.  Based upon the latest Keplian Elements, these times seem to be
favorable for all of the United States on 10/21-10/22:

2325Z to 2341Z

10/22:
