yes, I have a PDF-file with complete construction page of  UHF-PA by using
M57729 (including PCB drawning), but in French. I can send it you via Email
(785KB) if you are interesting.
 I have also only the diagram (Higher-resolution but without text) in PDF
(125 KB).
