Your 4-pin device is probably a Dual Gate Mosfet 40673 that was very
popular and inexpensive for use in VHF preamplifiers in the early 1970s
In a separate email I have sent to you a typical schematic diagram of a
10 meter preamplifier using the above 4 pin device and I hope this helps.
