Lots of suggestions from various people. So to summarise ...
This has been happening over a period of a couple of months so probably not
related to any recent software changes at AMSAT.
All of the missing messages originated from my AMSAT-BB registered e-mail
address.
This has happened with postings that did not involve both the AMSAT-BB and
SAREX mailing lists and anyway other messages posted to both lists have been
delivered successfully to both.
I believe that my postings are being censored (and rightly so, as they are
mostly rubbish).
Thank you Paul. Now that I have a direct contact, I can follow up on any
future anomalies.

Could be any of a number of reasons. Next time you notice a message
not arriving, send the specifics (sending email address, exact time
sent, subject of message) to me and I can try to track down that
specific message. Unless the message never made it to amsat.org I
should be able to.
