Flight rules require the amateur radios to be turned off for any EVA and
for any Russian vehicle docking/undocking operation. No other events are
specified.

I've heard the Amateur transmitters onboard ISS are turned off during
Spacewalks does anyone know if they are also turned off during orbital
maneuvers as well ?
