[amsat-bb] 1961 QST Article Help Needed

I'm trying to locate a couple of articles from 1961 editions of 
QST.  I've ordered the QST CD-ROMs for that era, but they won't arrive soon.

The Articles I'm trying to locate are:

Sep 1961 - "Handling OSCAR Reports by Radiogram" -  page 18
Sep 1961 - Tracking Information for the OSCAR Satellite" - Page 46
