[amsat-bb] FO29 on small antennas

Yes, no problem...15 watts up the pipe is ok for most of an FO29 pass..

and see Quadfil.zip.  Easy to build, and all 
measurements there for 435, 2M, and wx channels...

I mount the 2M/435 pair at about 45°, and rotate in AZ only with a TV rotor.
