No hardware problems we know of.  The D700 needs to be reprogrammed  
to reset the desired operating modes.  That's a simple task on the  
ground, but getting it done in space is taking a while (lack of  
dedicated ham computer, software delivery, training, etc.).  With  
luck, it won't be much longer.
