MARScom downlink: 27.9625 MHz USB

If anyone wants to try their DSP prowess at detecting the 1200
baud AX.25 downlink from MARScom on 27.9625 MHz USB dial
frequency, there is a great opportunity.

MARScom only has till mid July before it de-orbits. We suspect
the 4 foot HF wire did not deploy, and so no one has heard it.
But then no one with big ears and DSP prowess has reported
attempting to do so. It beacons a 1 sec packet once a minute.

Just thought I'd post the challenge. MARScom is coming over in
the evenings in the Northern Hemisphere. Its packet uplink is
148.975 FM and it should digipeat on demand via the UNPROTO APRS
VIA ARISS path for any MARS stations that authorized to transmit
on that freq.

Tracking it with a good 10m beam would sure help.

Thanks
