I have not learned how to do the satellite stuff yet and I do not know what 
"USB Interface" you are using with the TS-790A, but I have the exact same 
rig working with the computer. I am using a home brew USB interface that 
works great. Some of the keys to getting it to work is in the SatPC32 
documentation. I can tell you this: SatPC does NOT do a good job of 
implementing the radio control for the TS-790. It does work slighlty better 
when you disconnect the CTS/RTS lines.

I did use Ham Radio Deluxe as another program to test the interface. After I 
did this, I have leaarned how much better the interface can work. I like 
HRD, but it does not interface with the rotor control.
