The power management software is still a work in progress. We have done
testing on it, but we have more testing and tweeking to do.
I have rarely changed the power level for TXB over the last few weeks. I
have been compensating for longer eclipse times by lowering the TXA
(digital) power level.
The signal change was due to satellite spin and wobble, we have been
studying this also.
I will be taking about the software changes at the AMSAT Forum at Dayton
this year.
