[amsat-bb] SATpc32 Question

In need of some help:
My current set up with my IC-910H is Nova v2.2b with unitrac 2000 v2.2.16
with the metal case (parallel interface) to the yaesu 5500 controller.

Just bought SATpc32 from the AMSAT store. In the rotor setup, can I use the
IF-100 setting to control the G-5500 thru the unitrac box? Or do I need a
different way to control the G-5500?
