The FO-29 (V/U) transponder was off between 23:11 to 23:32 UTC 2007 April 20 when monitored from CN85om(Portland). The-70 cm beacon was not heard . This was an overhead pass of which I normally can hear the receiver noise floor. I worked WA8SME on The 15 of April on a simular pass and the bird sounded normal. 73 W7TYN AMSAT #03951
