Hello Mike,
I've been suggesting this for donkey's !!! years ... (12 at
least) ... in my earlier columns in Oscar News, The Amsat Journal, on
<http://www.observations.biz/> and on the various satellite reflectors ...
but so far it's fallen on deaf ears.

You'd think this would be in the interest of the editors of the Amsat
journals ... but obviously not.
I hope your posting generates more response than mine have. Perhaps with the
demise of FO-29 more people might start to become aware of the problem.
