Hi Nick,
did anybody decode this 9k6 telemetry???
I wonder if this transmission in FM or USB. If I connect my TNC, the DCE LED
goes on, but I can't decode the data.
Could you help us please to decode the 9k6 beacon?

The burst are 9.6 Kbs data and the raspy cw indicate we have voltage
regulator issues
