Chris,
 Best advice I can give is don't. Phasing and Phase centers are critical. 
Most likely you will have pulling of the patern right /left or up/down. Gain 
of this type of antenna is best obtained in a single dish or a panel type 
antenna where phasing can be tightly controlled. Look for a 6' TVRO dish.
