Hi Mineo, JE9PEL

If we have the command code to switch ON FO-29 after
the eclipses both SV1BSX and my self will try to cooperate
with JARL to activate the bird during the northbound ascending
orbits when the AOS of the bird is over Africa.

What do you think about ?
