Thanks for the pep talk Joe. I;ve  enjoyed our QSO's and have made some good contacts on both sides of the pond. I have heard some of the European stations complain that we 'Yanks' don't get on often enough.  True, SSB/CW gear is more expensive than the average FM rig, but there are plenty of resources in the AMSAT journals and on the Web site to enable a resourceful individual come up with a less expensive solution. Ao-07 needs more support and activity, as well as VO-52 and FO-29 . She also requires some care in the power levels we push at her. Keeping power to a level below the beacon is mandantory, especially on CW, which will chop the whole passband.That's my $.o2 worth.
