[Thailand Amateur Radio Satellites Corporate]

Dear PEDRO A. PEREZ ALVAREZ-CIENFUEGOS EB4DKA,
 
Thailand government sector called “The National Telecommunications Commission or NTC” has opened the public discussion about the Regulation of The National Telecommunications Commission for Amateur Radio Service Buddhist Year 2550.  For the discussion, they would like to have technical documents with the Information that can be referenced to propose to NTC within September 7th, 2007. 
 
Example in URL http://rcfo.batcave.net/fo29movil.html, you use only mobile antenna and omni antenna to QSO via FO-29 satellite.I need the information such as technical of antenna documents, still pictures, or video clips you or Ham friend station of Ham radio work for amateur satellite service.
