Subject: [amsat-bb] What is *real* ISS APRS frequency?

I was googling around to find out the ISS APRS Packet frequency, and I
get
several answers:

Up/Down
145.825/145.825
145.99/145.800
145.800/145.800

What is the correct pair? I am guessing 145.825/145.825. Even Bob gives
two different freqs on two different pages. ;)
