My thoughts exactly.
Like this was a similar case when a local ARES/RACES  group was placing 
a LOT of their traffic handling on WINLINK.  i told them  when it all  
dies how are they supposed to pass traffic.

We need to be  the key word,  "Off the Grid"  in every way
