[amsat-bb] Re: ANDE warming, Telemetry and Re-entry

It would seem to be a good idea if some operators who have AZ/EL tracking 
could put a video camera up with the antennas, and capture ANDE re-entering! 
This could also work for catching solar panel flares from other orbiting 
objects.
