The IARU Region 1 Interim Conference will be held in Vienna from February 24 to
25th 2007.

New C5 (VHF-UHF-uW) papers that will be discussed at this conference and the
final agenda are now available. Among the additions is B29 - "EME Operating". 

I understand there has been some adverse comment received regarding paper B01 -
"Increased Amateur Satellite Service 2 Metre Usage".
