[amsat-bb] AO-51 software crash tonight

The command team has reported that the satellite software crashed tonight (~0100Z, 13FEB07) after uploading a new housekeeping program. It will take a few days at minimum to reload and get the repeater back on the air. Mike, Gould and Jim have made leaps and bounds of progress on improving the satellite software. When finished and loaded we will release descriptions of the improvements made and how they will work. Please excuse the absence of AO-51 for a few days while they get everything back up and running.
