[amsat-bb] RAFT 'Voice' QSO made

Dear all,

These days RAFT is very strong during its evening
passess over Europe. After a simple C RAFT and
then on the terminal typing
:TALK     :Hello who wants to talk?
you can made a real QSO, without much delay.
