Hi Edward,
Thank you for posting the recordings on the Internet.
The recordings have very good audio. I filtered the audio
a little and ran it through my UO11DEM soundcard program.
A file with all the demodulated data bytes is attached.
(The attachment will probably be stripped out for amsat-bb
readers. If someone wants a copy, email me personally).

Here's the highlights from the 30sec recording with comments.

(This block was demodulated perfectly!)

(pretty good; some errors at the end of line starting "2".
"Errors" in this context of demodulating UO-11 signals refers
to a failure of the data bits to match the parity bit or
an obvious corruption of one of more data bits or both.)

And from UO-11-20070218-160sec.WAV: There is one complete
block towards the end that decoded with almost no errors.
Note the "x" on line "2". It reads:

UOSAT-2 0701523051954

and there are several blocks earlier that decode with one
or only a few errors. Here the "p" in the first line is
the only error:

UOSAT-2 0701523051817

Here on line "3" the "000" before "636" decoded but with
parity bit errors (it is probably correct as "000")

60800E615FC1620105633305644402651E0C662AC467000168000E69000F

and early in the recording there's a pretty good block
(the errors are on lines starting "1" "5" and what should
be "6").
