We only had one west coast command station, but he is on a long
temporary assignment out of area, so we have command stations in
California at this time.  But I think I know of one I can ask
and see if he is willing to operate these west caost passes when
convenient.

Command station needs a good OSCAR array on 2 meters for
commanding.
