Considering what the 910 costs---I would recommend something like the 
MFJ-4225MV which you can hold in the palm of your hand, produces no 
electrical noise, has a tiny fan, and best of all it is over-current and 
over-voltage protected.
That is what I'm using for my 910H and as I recall it is only $150 or so.
