The DNS entry is broken. You are able to get to the page because 
somewhere along the line a machine is caching the IP address associated 
with qsl.net. Their TTL is set to four days, so it will take up to that 
long before everyone would notice. It's possible that in that time they 
could get it back to normal again, and some people will have never 
noticed the interruption.

Meanwhile, the qsl.net system is happily chugging away at their usual 
IP. The problem is that it's very much like their telephone number is 
slowly disappearing from people's phone books.
